Face Recognition Clock

The FR700/FR650 clock utilizes an 'embedded facial recognition' system, meaning that employees will clock In and Out by presenting their face in front of the clock's dual sensors. The FR700/FR650 clock validates the face image and records the punch. The FR700/FR650 allows for up to 500 employees to be assigned.

To get started using a face recognition time clock you will need to: 

• Set up the clock Administrator(s). Please NoteIt is recommended to have at least one FR700/FR650 clock administrator set up.  If no administrator is set up on the clock, anyone can access the Administrator functions such as reviewing the device information, setting up the network communications, setting up the time/date on the clock, and resetting the clock to factory defaults.
• Add employees in the PayClock Online software. Please NoteEmployees are automatically assigned to the time clock(s).
• Update the time clock(s).  This will send the employees you set up to the Face Recognition clock.
• Enroll the employee faces at the time clock.

After this has been done, employees can start clocking In/Out at the Face Recognition time clock(s).
